The hotel is in a superb location, perfect for walking into Lucca. The rooms were modern, bright, and met all of our needs, although it was a bit challenging to have dinner with a sleeping baby in the same room. The service was lovely and kind, always on hand to assist. The location is excellent, very close to the city walls, local cafes, and within easy walking distance of the old town. The dining included tasty snacks. Overall, a very nice and well-equipped hotel.
